If you have tickets for a performance beyond November 23rd 2024, we have emailed you a form with options for your tickets. It is necessary to complete the form that we sent you so that we can process your request.
- If you have already completed the form and requested a refund, these are being processed on a rolling basis in line with the originally scheduled performance date - in line with our terms and conditions. So, for example, refunds for our performance on November 29th 2024 are being processed on or before November 29th 2024, and so on. Once refunds are processed, they can take 7-10 days to show in your bank.
- If you haven't received your refund after this time, you can still email us for help. Please note that we have limited team members working on this process. We ask that you allow a week for a reply. We can't reply to any queries prior to the expected refund date based on the timescales provided above.
- If you booked through a third party, you'll need to contact them for assistance.
- If you have already completed the form and requested an alternative accommodation, this should already have been processed. If it hasn't, you can still email us for help. Please note that we have limited team members working on this process. We ask that you allow a week for a reply.
